How long does setup take?
Most agencies are fully set up within 5–15 minutes. Connect your portal accounts, import your stock, and you're live.
Can I import data from my current system?
Yes. We support CSV imports for properties and applicants. We can assist with migrations from BaySoft, Jupix, Reapit, and others.
Which portals do you support?
Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, PrimeLocation, and your own website. All feeds update in real time.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. QuikSell is billed monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Does QuikSell include accounting?
Yes. Every plan includes a built-in sales ledger — record commission, fees, and marketing costs linked to each property, with portal view and enquiry snapshots when you post an entry.
What is the setup fee?
Solo and Team plans include a one-off £150 setup fee when you subscribe. This covers portal connection (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.), data import help, and onboarding your team. Enterprise plans are quoted separately.
Do you offer a mobile app?
QuikSell is fully responsive and works on any phone or tablet browser — no separate app to install.
What support do you provide?
All plans include email and live chat support. Team plans get priority response times.
